DELIVERY

Shipment charges will be calculated on the basis of the volume and the area of delivery and will be added to your final invoice.

We will inform you either by phone or by email before dispatching your order. All orders are shipped via courier service only, where you will need to sign for the delivery, hence please make sure an authorized person is available to accept the order.

Deliveries CANNOT be made to PO Boxes. We would prefer a business address for delivery as all deliveries will be made Mon – Fri from 9am to 5pm.

In a situation where no one is available to sign for the delivery, a $30 re-delivery fee will be charged.

DAMAGED GOODS

Incase you do not receive the order by the expected time, please give us a call immediately and we will track your order down. In an unlikely circumstance if you receive the order damaged, then we will replace it as soon as possible. or refund the order amount.

STORAGE

Depending on the product you order, we will send you an ‘Information sheet’ regarding that particular product which will have guidelines on the shelf-life and storage of your order. Incase you need any further information please give us a call.

CUSTOM PACKAGING
